VA Claims Processing Modernization Act
This bill mandates that all VA disability claims be processed within 90 days, funds AI-assisted claims processing to reduce the backlog, establishes automatic presumptive conditions for common service-connected disabilities, and provides interim payments for claims pending longer than 120 days.

The concept is sound but costs may be significantly higher than estimated based on my analysis.
This aligns with what experts have been recommending for years. The evidence base is strong.

I propose adding explicit protections to prevent misuse beyond the original intent.
