Child Tax Credit Permanent Expansion Act
This legislation makes the expanded Child Tax Credit permanent at $3,600 per child under 6 and $3,000 per child aged 6-17, fully refundable with monthly advance payments, phasing out for individuals earning over $200,000 and couples over $400,000.

The reporting requirements seem excessive for smaller organizations. Add a tiered approach based on size.
